Description

Andy gave his colleague the day off because his wife, Mrs. Brown, was giving birth to a child. Mr. Applegate gets canned Louie's Dad. Andy lied to the family that he had actually resigned. No longer going to his job, he repairs around the house all day. Ora gets a job selling cosmetics to her neighbors. In the end, Louie finds out the real reason for the dismissal. With the help of the chain employees, he regains his Dad's job.

LOUIE: Mom, dad said he quit and then all my friends said he got canned.

ORA: Don't say canned Louie. It's such an ugly word. Tuna gets canned. LOUIE: Well, is it true. ORA: About tuna? Yes. LOUIE: About Dad. I I want to know why did he lose his job. ORA: That's a good question Louie but if you're old enough to want to know, you're old enough to ask your father directly.
ANDY: Looks like you got something on your mind, son. That's better now what do you think I made a free time here. Well kids got a point too. Spit it out anyway. LOUIE: Well don't get mad or anything but did you quit or did you get canned?

ANDY: It's a good question son. LOUIE: it is? ANDY: Come here. Let me tell you a little story.

JEANNIE HARPER: Louie, what you doing? LOUIE: Dad's trying to sell the car. TODDLER TOBOLINSKI: He's selling the house too? LOUIE: Yeah, you buy the car, he throws in the house. TODDLER TOBOLINSKI: But you don't even own the house, you rent. JEANNIE HARPER: I'm sure your dad will find another job soon.
