Anna is a fictional character from Disney's Frozen franchise born as a Princess of Arendelle, the youngest daughter of King Agnarr and Queen Iduna, granddaughter of King Runeard, becomes Queen after her sister Elsa's abdication.

Anna as her creator, screenwriter Jennifer Lee says, is wild and wonderful. In fact, for Elsa she was inspired by the character of her private life elder sister Amy, and for Anna she used her own life experience. Her and her daughter Agatha Lee Monn who voices pre-teen Anna for the middle verse of "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?" in Frozen. As behavior Anna is the opposite of her sister. She is natural and spontaneous, cheerful and confident, she experiments and learns from mistakes. Driven by instinct, she forces her destiny without worrying.
